Pleiger Plei-Tech 22 Triple Durometer Squeegee Blade
Overview
Pleiger Plei-Tech 22 squeegee blades are recommended because of their chemical resistance and exceptional abrasion resistance when exposed to aggressive ink systems. Triple durometer blades have a harder durometer in the middle and soft or medium hardness material on the outside, preventing bends or roll-overs in the squeegee.
Characteristics
Plei-Tech 22 performs well with most ink systems. It will darken in color when exposed to UV and fluorescent light at a slow rate. This change in color does not affect the physical properties or the ink / solvent resistance of the polyurethane.

Pleiger Plei-Tech 22 squeegee blades are excellent for most screen printing applications and are color coded for easy durometer reference by the printer. Standard durometers and colors for Plei-Tech 22 are:
- 55A: Green
- 60A: Orange
- 70A: Yellow
- 75A: Green
- 80A: Blue
- 85A: Red
- 90A: Natural
